UPSTAIRS OFFICE SPACE UPGRADED

Yesterday, we had the upstairs office space upgraded.
The flooring had a laminated wooden flooring put over the original floor boards.


Now, the space looks brighter and easy to maintain

WOODEN LAMINATED FLOORING

Before putting in new cupboards etc. on flooring, we may have to upgrade the flooring of the meeting area.

The new wooden laminated flooring will enhance the feel of the space.
To laminate the flooring 

Once done, the whole area will be suitable for holding computer classes, tuition, IT development etc.

Let us see how it works out until we rearrange the current space.

ROBOT FLOOR CLEANER

Our upstairs digital premises has a robot floor cleaner.

Rechargable battery operated and can reverse when there is obstruction.

In the future when we set up our eKongHing Digital Resource and Creative Centre, we can mount the airconditioner underneath the space.
Drain pipe can be placed into rainwater outlet.


COMPUTER TRAINING FOR UNDER-PRIVILEGE CHILDREN

Proposed Training Centre for XOs at eKongHing Digital Room in the upstairs of 12, Kee Ann Road, Malacca.

1. Capacity : At least 15 sets of XOs

2. Intranet connectivity to Khan Academy via wireless
    Router

3. Objectives

    1. Allow under-privilege students to be exposed to 
        computing skills.

    2. Students profile
        a. 3 to 12 (Preschool and Primary school)
        b. 13 to 15 (Lower Secondary School)

    proposed Computer Training Centre

TRAINING COURSE ON SETTING UP COMMUNITY DIGITAL LIBRARIES

Communities and residents association can easily set up their own community digital libraries.

The hardware is inexpensive and easy to set up after signing up for our training course.

This digital Library can be set up in schools, community halls, residents associations, churches and temples.





eKongHing Digital Resource & Creative Centre


This is a community Service project initiated by our Kang Family Holding Company.

Located on the 1st. Floor of our shophouse premises, it is opened to the public who must register before entry into the digital centre.

Registered visitors can bring in their own digital devices like laptops, tablets, phablets and mobile smartphones to browse and read our digital content.

Our digital content covers topics and photos of historical Melaka, eBooks, learning topics, world history,  geography and environmental subjects and many others.

Just register your name and your own digital devices and you are allowed to browse our digital library for FREE
