 eKongHing Digital and Creative Centre will be hosting Malacca first OLPC-2.0 EDUHACK from 5 - 6 June 2020.

OLPC 2.0-EDUHACK

OLPC 2.0-EduHack is an attempt to turn the XO into low cost Artificial Intelligence (AI) learning
development platform.

In these TWO days, we will gather volunteers to brainstorm, hack, integrate python or AI related toolkits into XO.

We hope with OLPC 2.0-EduHack, we can make an impact to turn the XO laptops into another sustainable learning platform for the benefits of community and society.

We want your help and expertise!

Please join us on 5-6 June 2020 at The Historical City of Malacca, Malaysia.

Accommodation will be provided if you can come in person.

SOME FURNITURE FOR EKONGHING

Went to Ikea KL to check out some furniture for eKongHing premises for future young children.

BLINDS BEING INSTALLED IN CONFERENCE/TRAINING ROOM

Finishing touches being done in the conference room / meeting room.  For privacy,  a pull down blind has been installed.

SMART TV IN CONFERENCE ROOM

We have moved the Smart TV into the conference room.

It can be wirelessly connected to a hot-spot or to a router.

DEDICATED eKONGHING WEBCAM & LEARNING POSTERS

Today we installed a dedicated wireless Webcam at the upstairs office space.

At the same time,  the 48" Samsung SmartTV was taken to the upstairs office space as well.

Some learning Alphabet and Number posters were pasted on the learning wall.

EKONGHING BANNERS AT PREMISES

We hung up our eKongHing and 12keeann Nurturing Centre this week.

We are currently seeking out volunteers  who can offer their time to nurture disadvantage children in this centre.
