TAMAN ASA JAYA HOUSE TO BE LETTED OUT

After repairs and repainting the whole terrace house at Taman ASA Jaya in Kajang, it is ready to be letted out.

It is important that the house be lived in rather than leaving it uninhabited.

SOLAR POWERED DUAL WEBCAM

We installed a solar powered dual webcam at the car porch. One fixed webcam while the other is a rotating webcam.

You can see webcam at the top right hand corner of the photo.

The fixed webcam is pointed towards the outside road junction while we can view the road outside and inside of the porch by using the other rotating webcam.

Powered by a solar panel and is independent of house power supply.

The webcams can be viewed remotely by using the manufacturer application by using a mobile phone.

FREE HEALTH SCREENING CLINIC?

As a Corporate Social Responsibility  project, our company is negotiating with a medical clinic to provide free health screening for the general public.

We may use our current half shopfront for this project.

The operator will provide their personnel and resources for doing this free health screening like blood pressure, heart rate etc monitoring services.

FAMILY MEMBERS' HOUSES TO BE LETTED OUT

We are going to let out family members houses to the public. 

One double Storey house is at Damansara Utama in PJ near Starling Mall. 

This house has already been booked for 2 years rental. 

Another terrace house is at Taman Asa Jaya in Kajang.

KIM HOCK GOLDSMITH SHOP OPENS

Kim Hock Goldsmith and Jewellery shop has finally opened on the Chinese auspicious Eight month.

Hopefully, this new shop will add colour and traffic to Kee Ann road.
